Wrongful Death Cases

• Represented the family of a middle school boy who was hit and killed by a truck while walking home from school.

• Sued an Apartment Complex for Negligent Security on behalf of a five year old girl whose father was murdered in the parking lot while taking trash to the dumpster. The complex did little to remedy the frequently broken locks on pedestrian gates despite being in a high crime area.

• Dram Shop Liability Resulting in Death: Fought for the family of a father who died at a bar & grill when the bartender closed up and left the intoxicated individual overnight in the bar while suffering from alcohol poisoning. Sadly, the dad of five was found dead on the bar patio the next day.

18-Wheeler and Company Vehicle Accidents:

• Counsel for two men seriously injured in a head-on collision caused by a reckless 18-Wheeler truck driver who was driving while distractedly scrolling through his cell phone before crashing into oncoming traffic
  without warning.

• Represented numerous clients who were injured in crashes caused by negligent drivers of tractor trailers, semi-trucks, 18 wheelers, and company vehicles.

• During my legal career, I’ve handled 18-wheeler/Semi-Truck crashes all over Texas. From two tractor-trailers in a head-on collision resulting in death down near Falfurrias in South Texas, to a serious accident in Beaumont involving a Motorcycle and Tractor driven by a mechanic without a CDL, to big accidents involving 18-wheelers near San Marcos and Odessa, and an assortment of wrecks across the state’s largest interstates and highways including I-45, I-10, Hwy 59, and more.

Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA):

• Represented numerous clients in car accidents that resulted in a wide variety of injuries including whiplash, back pain, neck and shoulder pain, and various musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries. Often, car wreck victims will also need medical treatment for painful bulging and herniated discs.
